Jason Crepeau, Baseball, Class of 1998. The first baseman for the Huskies 1997 NCAA National Championship Baseball team, Crepeau finished his four-year career batting .380, 29 home runs and 176 RBI. He was a two-time NEIBA All-New England selection and an All-ECAC pick in 1998. Crepeau still ranks among the top 10 in eight offensive categories, including tied for second in home runs (29) and third in RBI (176). During the Huskies’ 1997 national title season that included winning the inaugural Little East Conference championship, Crepeau batted .379 with six home runs and 43 RBI. He was named to the all-tournament team at the New England Regional and the Division III World Series. Crepeau had his finest season in 1998 batting .393 with 19 doubles, 12 homeruns and 57 RBI, and earned NEIBA All-New England and All-ECAC honors.
