Diane Carr Shorey of Rumford, class of 1980, was a standout performer in basketball and softball. She was tri-captain of the basketball team in 1978-79 and earned recognition for her career scoring average (11.4) and assists per game (4.6). She has taught and coached in Rumford and Biddeford schools.
