GORHAM, Maine – Junior Pat O'Driscoll (Biddeford, Maine) of the University of Southern Maine Huskies' men's lacrosse team was named the Little East Conference Offensive Player of the Week following a seven-point week for the Huskies. He is the first member of the men's lacrosse program to earn a weekly award from the LEC since Schuyler Wetmore earned the Offensive Player of the Week honor in March of 2024.
 
O'Driscoll had two goals and an assist in a 10-4 win over New England College on Thursday afternoon. He then scored two goals and had two assists in a tight 8-7 win over Curry on Sunday in the team's home opener. O'Driscoll's second goal on Sunday was the game-winner. He also recorded six ground balls on the week with three in each game.
 
The Huskies will play again on Monday, March 16 at Maine Maritime Academy. The game is scheduled for 5:00 pm.
