HOOKSET, N.H. – Senior
Jaigan Boudreau (Dayton, Maine/Thornton Academy) won the elite section of the shot put at the Southern New Hampshire University Ed Daniels Invitational on Saturday with a throw of 12.36m. Boudreau also placed second in the discus with a throw of 39.27m and set a personal-best in the hammer with a throw of 42.21m to place 10th. She now ranks eighth in program history in the hammer.

Riley Reitchel (Palermo, Maine/Erskine Academy) placed second in the javelin with a season-best throw of 40.66m while also tying for fourth in the pole vault with a height of 3.05m. Freshman
Emma O'Brien (Aurora, Colo./Eaglecrest) placed third in the pole vault with a mark of 3.20m.

On the track, senior
Alexis Karantza (Westbrook, Maine) finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:06.43. She also ran on a 4x400 relay team that placed fifth with a time of 4:13.65. Freshman

Ashley Arsenault (Winthrop, Maine) and senior
Janiah Young (Perkinsville, Vt./Windsor) made up the rest of the relay team.

The Huskies also sent four athletes to the Silfen Elite Distance Carnival at Connecticut College on Friday. Junior
Gwen Catalano (Buxton, Maine/Bonny Eagle) ran a personal-best time in the 5000 meters at 18:23.46 to place 23rd and move into fifth on the program leaderboard. Senior
Lucy Depolito (North Andover, Mass.) set a personal-best in the 10000 meters at 40:29.13 to place 13th. Freshman
Florence Guimont (Boisbriand, Quebec/Laval Senior) finished 16th in the 1500 meters with a personal-best time of 5:02.81. Junior
Julia Szewc (Hermon, Maine) ran a personal-best time of 41:57.41 to place 26th in the 10000 meters.

Freshmen
Elara Kluck (Raymond, Maine/ Gray-New Gloucester) and
Nadia Sylla (Burlington, Vt.) stayed local to compete at the Saint Joseph's College Monks Invitational. Kluck finished second in the discus with a mark of 31.93m. Sylla placed seventh in the hammer with a mark of 33.89m and 10th in the shot put with a mark of 9.73m.

- Burkhardt placed 10th in the 400 meters with a personal-best time of 59.57 seconds.
- Sophomore Saya Breiting-Brown (Portland, Maine/Deering) finished ninth in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 16.03 seconds and 11th in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:11.27.
- Freshman Madi Sainis (Pierrefords, Quebec) placed 11th in the 800 meters at 2:27.17.
- Senior AnnMarie Limberger (Vassalboro, Maine/Waterville), Guimont and sophomore Meghan Przybilla (St. Anthony, Minn./St. Anthony Village) placed 15th through 17th in the 800 meters with times of 2:30.65, 2:31.21 and 2:32.42.
- Senior Whitney Davenport (Westbrook, Maine) placed 23rd in the 800 meters with a time of 2:37.50.
- The Huskies' 4x400 B team of Przybilla, freshman Rohen Brown (Auburn, Maine/Saint Dominic Academy), senior Anabel Melanson (West Warren, Mass./Quaboag) and Guimont placed 10th with a time of 4:56.60.

- Sophomore Kate LeBlanc (Saco, Maine/Thornton Academy) placed ninth in the javelin with a throw of 30.44m. She also placed 10th in the unseeded section of the shot put with a throw of 8.74m.
- Junior Wynter Simack (South Royalton, Vt./White River Valley) placed 12 in the javelin with a personal-best throw of 27.54m. She also placed 17th in the pole vault at 2.15m.
- Freshman Sienna Geretz (Cushing, Maine/Oceanside) placed 15th in the pole vault with a height 2.30m.
