Jaden Parker Named Second Team All-Little East Conference

GORHAM, Maine – Senior Jaden Parker (Greensboro, N.C.) has earned second team All-Little East Conference honors for the 2025 men's tennis season. Parker, who was honored for his singles play, is the first member of the University of Southern Maine men's tennis team to receive an all-conference nod since Kyle Curley and Sam Holland in 2017.

Parker played at first singles in 10 of the team's 11 matches and finished the season with a record of 3-7. Five of his opponents in conference play this season earned All-LEC honors, including Bridgewater State's Adam Beatrice, who Parker defeated in a highly competitive match, 7-6 (8-6), 7-6 (10-8). Parker also battled hard against the LEC Singles Player of the Year, Quentin Wilkins of Salem State, despite dropping the match 4-6, 1-6. He also had a three-set conference win over Vermont State University Castleton's Miki Almirall.

Parker also played as part of the top doubles pair in 10 matches and earned three wins. He played with senior Zac Howe (Arundel, Maine/Thornton Academy) for most of the season and the pair defeated the VTSU team of Miki Almirall and Valero Echegoyen. Howe and Parker also held their own against the first team All-LEC doubles pair of Dominik Dwyer and Victor Xu from UMass Boston but ultimately fell 7-8 after dropping the tiebreak, 8-10.

An Electrical and Computer Engineering major, Parker was also named to the LEC Sportsmanship Team.
