KEENE, N.H. – Freshman 
Harry Dunne (Hollis Center, Maine/Bonny Eagle) was the top performing rookie on Saturday at the 2025 Little East Conference Men's Cross Country Championship with a time of 26:07.4 to place ninth in the 8k. Senior captain 
Michael Cyr (Caribou, Maine) was the top performer for Southern Maine and placed sixth with a personal-best time of 25:59.70 to earn First Team All-Little East Conference honors. Dunne, along with fellow freshman 
Evan Schneider (Old Orchard Beach, Maine), earned Second Team All-LEC honors by placing seventh through 14th. Schneider earned the final second team spot by placing 14th with a time of 26:24.2. All three ran personal-best times.
 
Dunne is the first Husky to earn the conference's Rookie of the Year award since Cyr claimed the honor as a freshman in 2022.
 
The Huskies placed third in the team standings behind Keene State and Plymouth State. Keene State's Tyler Bolaske placed first overall with a time of 24:50.00.
 
On the Course:
	- Junior captain Cyrus Evans (Farmington, Maine/Mt. Blue) placed 17th with a time of 26:31.9, a new personal-best.
 
	- Sophomore Preston Gerry (Gray, Maine/Gray-New Gloucester) rounded out the team's scoring by placing 31st with a personal-best time of 27:03.5.
 
	- Freshman Ethan Cadorette (Biddeford, Maine) placed 41st with a personal-best time of 27:55.0.
 
	- Freshman Gavin Gerry (Gray, Maine/Gray-New Gloucester) placed 50th with a time of 28:14.40.
 
	- Freshman Camden Cyr (Kittery, Maine/Traip Academy) finished 54th with a time of 28:17.20.
 
	- Junior Aidan Pecoraro (Westbrook, Maine) placed 56th with a personal-best time of 28:19.80.
 
	- Senior Camden Bessey (Westbrook, Maine) placed 57th at 28:25.4. His time is a new personal-best.
 
	- Junior Kyle Hartford (South Portland, Maine) finished the course in 28:29.50 to place 60th.
 
	- Freshman Tristan Plumb (Merrimack, N.H.) placed 69th with a time of 29:21.50.
 
	- Sophomore Jack Tassinari (Wilbraham, Mass./Minnechaug Regional) finished 82nd with a personal-best time of 30:25.8
