BREWSTER, Mass. – Senior
Remy Levin (Steep Falls, Maine/Bonny Eagle) of the University of Southern Maine Huskies' women's golf team placed sixth at 2025 New England Intercollegiate Golf Association Women's Golf Championship to earn NEIGA All-New England honors. Levin shot an 83 (+11) in today's round to add to her 82 from yesterday and finish with a 165 (+21). All-New England honors are awarded to the top six performers at the event. Levin had two birdies in today's round and recorded the only eagle of the event on the par-5, 422-yard sixth hole.

The Huskies finished seventh in the field of 10 teams with a two-round score of 800 (+229). Bates College won the team title with a two-round score of 631 (+55) led by medalist Victoria Bates and runner-up Mehar Nijjer.

Belle Steeves (South Paris, Maine/Oxford Hills) placed tied for 33rd with a two-day total of 214 (+70) Senior
Mackenzie Kingsbury (Woodsville, N.H.) tied for 35th with a 215 (+71) while sophomore
Ryley Meyer (North Sioux City, S.D./Dakota Valley) shot a 217 (+73) to place 37th.

The Huskies will wrap up the fall season next week at the inaugural Little East Conference Women's Golf Championship. The two-day event starts at 9:00 am on Thursday, October 23 at Valley Country Club in Rhode Island.
