COLLEGEVILLE, Pa.   –  Senior Colby Frost (Steep Falls, Maine/Bonny Eagle) posted a 2-0 record to remain undefeated on the season as the University of Southern Maine Huskies competed at the 2025 Manganaro Duals Saturday afternoon at Ursinus College.  The Huskies finished the dual meets with a record of 0-4 falling to Roger Williams 25-21, Division II American International College 23-21, Shippensburg 25-20 and SUNY-Oneonta 32-14. 
 
With his three wins on the day, Frost claimed his 100^th career win.  Frost is now 19-0 on the season, and holds a career record of 101-12.  The Huskies' 2024 NCAA Division III All-American has eight wins by fall so far this season.
 
 
On the Mat:

• Ranked third in the most recent NWCA Individual poll at 149 lbs, Frost earned a 2:29 win by fall over Roger Williams' Dave Ras in his first contest.  Earning a win by forfeit against AIC at 157 lbs, and an 11-5 decision over Shippensburg's Mike Trainer, Frost is now 19-0 on the season, earning his 100^th career win.  Frost is a remarkable 101-12 in his career.  Fifteen of his 18 wins during the 2024-2025 season have been for extra points, including eight wins by fall.
• Ranked second in the most recent NWCA poll at 133 lbs, Craig went 4-0 on the day for the Huskies.  Craig opened with a 5-0 decision against Shaun McLaughlin from RWU, and then had a 7-1 decision against AIC's Joe Aldrich.  Against Oneonta, Craig picked up an 8-0 major decision against Danny Poggi, and then closed the day with a 1:22 win by fall over Shippensburg's AJ Stayton. 
• Senior Tyler Haynes (Metuchen, N.J./Metuchen)  had two wins on the day, earning a hard-fought 4-3 win over Roger Williams' Jayden Curley at 174 lbs, and a 6-5 triumph over American International's Markys Lissaint.

Southern Maine competes at a tri-match hosted by Plymouth State University on Saturday, January 19 (10:00 am) for its next contest. The Huskies will face VTSU-Castleton, Rhode Island College and Plymouth State.
