Jakub Suran (Liberec, Czech Republic) of the University of Southern Maine Huskies men's ice hockey team have been recognized by the American Hockey Coaches Association (AHCA) as Krampade All-American Scholars for the 2023-24 season. Penton and Suran are now two-time honorees.

To qualify, a student-athlete must have attained a 3.75 GPA for each semester, and had to appear in 40% of the team's games. Exceptions were granted to injured players and back-up goaltenders.

Ellsworth, a defenseman and Sport Management major, played in 12 games during the 2023-24 season and blocked 11 shots. The 2024 receipt of the men's ice hockey team's Mike Beveridge Humanitarian Award, Ellsworth appeared in 32 games over the course of his career and recorded one assist.

A defenseman majoring in Biology, Ilott was one of three players to play in all 27 games. He tallied 11 points from a pair of goals and nine assists. He also finished fourth on the team in blocked shots with 27. Ilott has 22 career points over 52 career games in a Southern Maine sweater.

McClure played in 19 games and had one assist during the 2023-24 season. In his career, McClure skated in 86 games and recorded six goals and nine assists. A forward, McClure graduated from USM in 2023 with a degree in Sports Management before pursuing a Master's degree in Leadership Studies.

A goalie majoring in Criminology, Penton has earned All-American Scholar accolades for the second consecutive season. The junior netminder went 5-9-1 in 2023-24 with a shutout and a .907 save percentage. He holds a career save percentage of .909 with 12 wins and a pair of shutouts.

Ritmo had two goals and two assists in 25 games last season. A team captain, Ritmo earned his degree in History in 2023 and played the 2023-24 season while pursuing a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership. The forward scored six goals and had three assists in 94 career games. Ritmo was awarded the 2024 Albert D. Bean Leadership Award by the USM Athletic Department.

A defenseman majoring in Computer Science, Suran played in all 27 games in 2023-24 and led all USM defensemen in points with 14 from five goals and nine assists. His total ranked fifth on the team. He also placed third on the team in blocked shots with 31. Suran has played in 45 games over the past two seasons and logged six goals and 13 assists.

Each student-athlete also earned NEHC All-Academic Team honors for the 2023-24 season.
