Sam Farr (Gorham, Maine) each shot a 78 (+7) to tie for eighth on Tuesday at the Southern Maine Community College Invitational at the Purpoodock Club in Cape Elizabeth, Maine. The University of Southern Maine placed fourth on the team leaderboard with a score of 318 (+34). Buteau had birdies on three holes while Farr had two birdies on the par-71, 6,281-yard course.

Husson University carded a 303 (+19) to win the event led by a 72 (+1) from medalist Ty Dickson.

On the Course:
- Senior Curan Bassingthwaite (Gorham, Maine) shot an 80 (+9) to tie for 13th and ended his round with a birdie on the final hole.
- Sophomore Carter O'Connell (Monmouth, Maine/Monmouth Academy) shot an 82 (+11) to tie for 18th.
- Junior Finn Sharpe (Durham, Maine/Freeport) shot an 85 (+14) to tie for 23rd.
