GORHAM, Maine – The University of Southern Maine Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) is teaming up with Preble Street, a local nonprofit social service agency, for a food drive at the final home events of the Fall 2025 semester. The drive will run from December 10-13. Donation boxes for non-perishable or unexpired food items will be located at the entrances for the following home events.
Wednesday, December 10 – Hill Gym

Friday, December 12 – USM Ice Arena
Men's Ice Hockey vs. Salve Regina - 7:00 pm

Men's & Women's Indoor Track & Field - USM Alumni Open - 12:00 pm.
The mission of Preble Street is to provide accessible barrier-free services to empower people experiencing problems with homelessness, housing, hunger, and poverty, and to advocate for solutions to these problems.
