GORHAM, Maine – Join the University of Southern Maine Huskies' men's and women's ice hockey teams on Monday, January 19, 2026 from 9:30 – 10:30 am for the 2026 Skate with the Huskies event at the USM Ice Arena on the Gorham Campus of the University of Southern Maine.
 
Free and open to the public, this hour-long skate is for fans of all ages. The Gorham Recreation Department will provide a limited number of free skate rentals for the event. Sticks and pucks are not allowed for this event.
 
This family friendly event gives Husky fans an opportunity to enjoy the Huskies' Olympic sized ice rink, practice their skating skills and interact with members of both the Southern Maine men's and women's hockey teams.
