WATERVILLE, Maine – Sophomore
Landon Weaver (Bowdoinham, Maine/ Mt. Ararat) had a win at sixth singles and teamed up with freshman
Zach Lull (Portland, Maine) for a win at third doubles for the University of Southern Maine Huskies in a 7-2 non-conference loss to the Thomas College Terriers on Tuesday evening. The Terriers improve to 2-0 on the season with the win while the Huskies fall to 0-3.
The Terriers took two of the three doubles matches. The first and second doubles matches each ended 8-4 in favor of the Terriers while Weaver and Lull won 8-5.

Azam Jiwa (Calgary, Alberta/West Island College) and senior
Ethan Rudnicki (Levant, Maine/Hermon) each won sets for the Huskies before dropping their singles matches.
