PORTLAND, Maine – Junior
Muriel Lattin (Litchfield, Maine/ Winthrop) recorded her first win of the season with a victory at number one singles for the University of Southern Maine women's tennis team in an 8-1 Little East Conference loss to the Plymouth State Panthers on Tuesday afternoon. Lattin won the first set of her match 6-3 before Plymouth State's Chloe Ahern forced a tie-breaker with a 6-1 win in the second set. Lattin prevailed in the tie-breaker 10-7 for the lone point for the Huskies in the match.
