PORTLAND, Maine – The UMass Dartmouth Corsairs defeated the University of Southern Maine Huskies 9-0 on Saturday afternoon in a Little East Conference women's tennis match at the Waynflete Complex in Portland. The Corsairs won 8-2 at first and second doubles and won number three doubles by default.

UMass Dartmouth swept the singles portion of the match as well and won by default at sixth singles. Junior
Olivia Tabor (Ashburnham, Mass./Oakmont) challenged her opponent in the fourth singles slot but ultimately fell 6-2, 6-2. Freshman
Katherine Dallaire (Biddeford, Maine) battled well in her first set before falling 6-3 and then dropped the second set 6-0.
