GORHAM, Maine – The University of Southern Maine men's indoor track and field team sophomore Ben Drummey (Biddeford, Maine/Biddeford) picked up Field Athlete of the Week when the Little East Conference announced its awards for the week ending January 9. 

At the USM Open II, Drummey won the pole vault with a mark of 4.95m. This height is another top-ten mark for Drummey in the Huskies' record books and is currently ranked second in Division III this season. 

The Huskies are back in action this weekend as they are slated to travel to Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a meet on January 15.
