PAXTON, Mass – The University of Southern Maine Huskies picked up their second win of the weekend defeating Anna Maria College 2-1 on Saturday night in Paxton. The Huskies are now 2-0 on the weekend after defeating Saint Anselm on Friday.

How It Happened/Inside the Box Score:
-After a scoreless first period, Bartuccio-Pereira scored his first career regular season goal to give the Huskies a 1-0 lead.
-Marini picked up his second point of the weekend when he scored midway through the second period to extend the Huskies' lead.
-Anna Maria answered back just three minutes later when Colby Wolter (Falun, AB, Canada) found the back of the net on a power play opportunity.
-The Huskies and AMCATS split the faceoffs evenly, both winning 47.
-Senior Bobby Kinsey III (Leechburg, PA/North Andover) and sophomore Cole Ouellette (Lewiston, Maine/Lewiston)'s assists on Marini's goal were their second assists of the weekend.
