Tim Lacombe

A Tennis Teaching Professional at the Racket and Fitness Center in nearby Portland, Maine, Coach Tim Lacombe assumed head coaching responsibilities of the USM men's tennis program in February of 2015. 

Lacombe has been a teaching professional at the Racket and Fitness Center since 2006.  A member of the Professional Tennis Registry since 2004 and the United States Tennis Association since 2001, Lacombe was named the Maine USTA Coach/Captain of the Year in 2013 and 2014. 

As a member of the USTA, Lacombe has volunteered as the USTA Junior Team Tennis League Coordinator since 2012, and as the Site Director for the USTA District Championship.  He has coached/captained or played at the USTA Nationals in 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2014.
