Mariam DeLisle (Whitefield, Maine/Lincoln Academy, junior
Maggie Jones (St. John's, Newfoundland/Mount Academy) and junior
Eliza Pattershall (Readfield, Maine/Maranacook) of the University of Southern Maine Huskies' women's lacrosse team have earned weekly awards from the Little East Conference for the final week of the regular season. DeLisle earned her second LEC Rookie of the Week Award of the year, Jones was named the LEC Goaltender of the Week for the second time of the season, and Pattershall earned the first LEC Defensive Player of the Week award for her career.

DeLisle recorded two goals and two assists in Wednesday's 15-4 win over UMass Boston before recording a career-high seven points on three goals and four assists on Saturday in a 20-2 win against UMass Dartmouth. She also recorded five ground balls, two caused turnovers and two draw controls on the week.

Jones allowed just three goals in 75 minutes of action while making six saves. Five of those saves came in three quarters of action against UMass Boston on Wednesday. She then held UMass Dartmouth scoreless in the first half of Saturday's 20-2 win and stopped the only shot that was on goal.

Pattershall caused 10 turnovers and recorded nine ground balls for the Huskies to help limit the shots faced by Jones. In addition to her superb defensive play, Pattershall recorded eight goals and three assists on the week.

The Huskies are the No. 2 seed in the Little East Conference Tournament and will host the winner of Tuesday's quarterfinal game between No. 3 seed Eastern Connecticut State and No. 6 seed Keene State.
