Kayde Kinaschuk (Calgary, Alberta) picked up his third singles win of the season with a 6-4, 6-3 win at No. 5 singles as the University of Southern Maine Huskies' men's tennis team was defeated by the UMass Boston Beacons 6-1 on Wednesday afternoon. Kinaschuk is now 2-0 on the season in the No. 5 singles slot.

The Beacons swept the doubles portion of the match and then won five of the six singles matches.
