DANBURY, Conn. – The Western Connecticut State University Wolves defeated the University of Southern Maine Huskies 5-1 on Tuesday afternoon in the quarterfinals of the 2025 Little East Conference Men's Tennis Championship Tournament. The senior pair of
Zach Desmarais (St. Cyrille, Quebec) and
Azam Jiwa (Calgary, Alberta) earned an 8-2 win for the Huskies at No. 2 doubles. The Wolves took two of the three doubles matches and clinched the win with three singles wins.
