GORHAM, Maine – The Western Connecticut State University Wolves narrowly defeated the University of Southern Maine Huskies 5-4 on Sunday in Little East Conference men's tennis action. Sophomore Kayde Kinaschuk (Calgary, Alberta) made his collegiate debut for the Huskies and picked up a win at No. 6 singles. Senior Azam Jiwa (Calgary, Alberta) and junior Landon Weaver (Bowdoinham, Maine/Mt. Ararat) also won singles matches. Weaver and freshman Charlie Bitar (Perry, Maine/ Calais) earned the lone doubles win for the Huskies with an 8-5 win at No. 3 doubles.
