NORTHFIELD, Vt. – Five Cadets had multiple points as Norwich University shutout the University of Southern Maine 5-0 on Saturday afternoon. Marja Linzbichler had three assists while Jenna Nikles, Livia Brooks, Anna Lisac, and Jordan Brady each had a goal and an assist. Leocadia Clark made eight saves in the shutout.

How It Happened:
- Norwich had two goals in the opening period with Girouard and Brooks recording the scores. Linzbichle assisted on both goals and Brooks also had an assist on Girouard's tally.
- Lisac scored the only goal of the second period while the Cadets were on a power play. Brady and Olivia Boyer provided the assists.
- Brady and Nikles scored in the third period for the 5-0 final. Brady's goal came on the power play with Lisac and Nikles assisting. Linzbichler and Tuzik had assists on Nikles' score.

- Norwich finished 2-for-6 on power plays. The Huskies went 0-for-3.
- Norwich led 39-18 in faceoff wins.
- The Huskies blocked 18 shots in the game with senior Amelie St-Amant (Ottawa, Ontario/ Ontario Hockey Academy) blocking five shots for a great defensive game.
