NORTH DARTMOUTH, Mass. – The University of Southern Maine Huskies' men's soccer team battled to a scoreless draw on the road against the UMass Dartmouth Corsairs in a Little East Conference match up Saturday night at Cressy Field.

th meeting between the University of Southern Maine and UMass Dartmouth. The Corsairs lead the overall series 22-9-4. Southern Maine and UMD battled to a 0-0 draw in 2022, and Southern Maine earned a 3-2 win in 2023.
How It Happened
- The Corsairs had the first few chances of the contest before the Huskies rattled off a flurry of shots in the 19th minute, including the first shot on goal of the game at 18:27 from freshman Connor Roberge (York, Maine). Sophomore Jack Brady (Jensen Beach, Florida) had the best chance of the first half for the Huskies hitting the right post at 44:16.
- UMD again recorded the first shot of the second half, but again Southern Maine put the first on target with back-to-back on target shots from freshmen Alex Graver (Kingston, Jamaica) and Martin Kelly (Portland, Maine) in the 62nd minute.
- The Corsairs pushed late, earning a trio corner kicks. UMD's Braeden LeClair put shot towards the top right corner of the net in the 81st minute, but Wagner was able to make the stop on the last significant opportunity of the game.
