Douin, Francis and LeBlond each reached safely to start the inning with a single, double and a triple with Francis' double driving in a run, and LeBlond's triple adding another for a 4-0 lead. Firmin made it 5-0 with an RBI ground. Quigley followed Firmin with a single, and junior Joe Bova (Boston, Mass./The Winchendon School) hammered the first of three Husky home runs in the inning to make it 7-0. The Huskies' next batter, Brissette, was hit-by-a-pitch and Seymour stepped to the plate for his second home run of the game making it 9-0. RIC got the second out on a grounder, before Douin hit a solo home run for a 10-0 USM lead.
