How It Happened:

- Stewart tied that game 3:28 into the second period after Eigner forced a Wildcat turnover and found her in front of the net. Johnson & Wales retook the lead six minutes later off of a goal by Kylie O'Keefe. McKim made 20 saves in the period and the Huskies only managed four shots on goal.
- With the clock winding down in the third period Eigner collected a blocked McLeish shot and banked the puck off the crossbar and into the net to force overtime.
- Chagnon gave the Huskies the win in overtime with assists from sophomore Caroline Thompson (Crapaud, Prince Edward Island/Mount Academy) and senior Maddy Young (Westford, Vt.).
