How It Happened:

- Scoring took a break in the half, but was not yet done, when the Panthers pulled even just before the halftime break. Faisal found Arieal Membreno for the equalizer in the 44th minute.
- PSU put two shots on frame in the 51st, but Husky goalkeeper junior Simon Gabaree (Windham, Maine) was up to the task both times.
- The Huskies went ahead in the 72nd after a Plymouth State foul in the box resulted in a penalty kick, converted by Bonilla. After the Bonilla goal, only one more shot was registered on goal in the game, and it was PSU for the 3-2 final.
