History: The Beacons lead the all-time series 20-13 and tonight's victory is the Huskies' first over UMass Boston since 2017.

How It Happened:
  • The Huskies broke a 6-6 tie in the first set with an 8-0 run on their way to a 25-20 set victory.
  • Set number two was a back-and-forth battle where the score was tied 10 times and the leading team changed six times. However, the Huskies prevailed and scored the final three points after trailing 24-23 to go up by two sets.
  • In the third set the Huskies once again found themselves down 24-23 just a point away from dropping the set.
