-The Huskies and Nor'easters traded goals back and forth to open up a five-goal first period. Jordan White (Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif./Palos Verdes) and Sam McGregor (Dedham, Mass./Dedham) scored for UNE, while Schuyler Wetmore (Cumberland Center, Maine/Greely) and Nick James (Portland, Maine/Deering) got on the board for the Huskies.
-Wetmore added a goal and James scored two in a row to give the Huskies a 5-4 lead at one point in the second quarter, but four-goal period for the Nor'easters put them back on top 7-5 going into halftime. James and Wetmore finished the game with three and two goals a-piece.
