STANDISH, Maine – Four Monks scored three or more goals as the Saint Joseph's College of Maine Monks took down the University of Southern Maine Huskies 16-7 on Wednesday afternoon in Standish. Max Lacy (Salisbury, N.H./Merrimack) led the offensive attack for the Monks, scoring five goals and tallying two assists.

-The Huskies got out to a fast start as Nick James (Portland, Maine/Deering) scored his first goal of the game just over a minute into play to give the Huskies an early 1-0 lead.
-The Monks and Huskies went on to trade goals throughout the first period as Schuyler Wetmore (Cumberland Center, Maine/Greely) and James scored for USM and Lacy, Timothy Goodfellow (Wayland, Mass./Wayland), and Calvin Heline (Amesbury, Mass./Essex North Shore) scored for St. Joe's.
