-Evelyn Hinkley (West Gardiner, Maine/Gardiner Area) scored her first of two goals just 17 seconds into the first quarter to start a 9-0 run for the Huskies. During the 9-0 run in the first and second quarters, USM saw goals from Jennifer Darasz (Gorham, Maine/Gorham), Kate Colvin (Winchester, Mass./Governor's Academy), and Kiaya Gatchell (Portland, Maine/Deering)
-The Eagles got on the board in the second quarter as Devyn Veits (Tewksbury, Mass.) scored on a free position attempt. Natalie Whitten (Readfield, Maine) also found the back of the net, scoring an unassisted goal.
