-Aimee Headland (Nottingham, United Kingdom/Northwood School) opened the scoring for the Cadets just 1:20 into the first period.
-The Huskies and Cadets skated an even first period, but the Cadets opened their lead in the second period.
-Norwich saw goals from Melianne Reynolds (Sherbrooke, Quebec/Stanstead College), Ally LaGue (Barre, Vt./North American Hockey Academy), O'Neill, and Ann-Frederique Guay (St-Lambert-de-Lauzon, Quebec/Ontario Hockey Academy) in the second period.
