GORHAM, Maine. – Matt Wiesner (Newport Beach, Calif.) and Paul Boutoussov (Dana Point, Calif.) each scored twice as the Babson College Beavers took down the University of Southern Maine Huskies 6-2 in Gorham on Saturday.

How It Happened/Inside the Box Score:
-The Huskies and Beavers battled evenly until the 18th minute of play when Babson took advantage of a power play opportunity and Boutoussov scored his first goal of the game.
-Just 43 seconds into the second period, Dowler evened things up, taking a pass from Curtis Judd (Newton, Mass./Albany Academy) and finding the back of the net.
-The rest of the night went largely in Babson's favor as they scored four goals in the second period to open up a 5-1 lead. The Beavers' goals came from Wiesner, Max Torrez (Framingham, Mass.), Chris Rooney (Milton, Mass.) and another from Boutoussov. Torrez's goal was short-handed and Boutoussov's came on a power play.
-Wiesner scored his second of the night with just over three minutes left to play to give the Beavers a 6-1 advantage late in the game. Boutoussov fed the puck to Wiesner from behind the net, giving him a total of three points on the night.
-Bartuccio-Periera added a power play goal with 45 seconds to play to make the final score 6-2.
