Gorham, Maine  –  Freshman Cole Johnson (Orange, Mass.) scores his first career goal off an astounding assist from senior Noah Perry (Waterboro, Maine) securing a 1-0 win for the University of Southern Maine Huskies over the University of Maine- Farmington Beavers.
 
Now meeting for the seventy-first time, today's game secures back-to0back wins for the Huskies over the Beavers. Southern Maine is now (47-17-7) all-time against UMaine Farmington.

How It Happened:

• After a well-placed free kick from Perry , Johnson took a quick tap off the rebound inside the box to net the first goal of the match in the 49th minute.
• Senior Hayes Estrella (Kennebunk, Maine) earned himself another clean sheet for the 10th time this season making his first save in the 83rd minute.
