Sam received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in exercise science in 2010 from the University of Rhode Island and doctorate degree in physical therapy in 2015 from the University of New England. He completed three 12-week clinical rotations throughout the country focusing on orthopaedic and sports therapy. Sam currently specializes in concussion management, vestibular rehabilitation, orthopaedics and sports therapy. He works alongside the athletic training and medical staff at the University of Sothern Maine as their on campus physical therapist. He recently received the accreditation of Certified Dry Needling Therapist from the Institute of Advanced Musculoskeletal Treatments. Outside of the clinic he enjoys playing ice hockey in local men’s league, boating and waterskiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
