Southern Maine Athletics

Liz Arcaro is entering her fourth season as an assistant coach with the University of Southern Maine women's volleyball program in 2026. A Gorham native and 2008 graduate of the University of Maine - Orono with a BA in Graphic Design. During her time as a setter/pin at Gorham High she was a four-year letter winner and a captain for the Rams in 2004. In addition to USM, she has seven seasons of experience coaching with the Maine Juniors volleyball club program in both head and assistant roles.
