Kaitlin Bouchard joined the University of Southern Maine staff in October of 2021 as an administrative specialist and joined the softball coaching staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2022 season.

Bouchard spent two seasons with Portland Sea Dogs as an Associate Game Day Intern before joining the Huskies' staff. A 2021 graduate of Emmanuel College with a degree in sport management, Bouchard was a four-year student-athlete for the Saints' softball program and captained the team as a senior.
