Cameron Brown began his tenure as an assistant coach at USM in August of 2024.
During the 2024-25 season, Brown helped lead the Huskies to a 12-14 overall record and 8-8 in the Little East Conference. During that season, Brown helped coach two first team all-conference players in Bryce Lauser ‘25 and Thomas Whelan.
Brown joins the Huskies and serves as an assistant coach/recruiter. Along with recruiting, Brown assists in scouting of opposing teams, extensive film work within his own team, and helping create practice plans.
Prior to being named as the assistant coach at Southern Maine, Brown was a 4 year player for the Huskies (2020-2024).Â
