Bob Weiner joined the USM volleyball staff in 2024. Weiner served as head coach of conference rival Keene State College for 19 seasons from 2005 to 2023. The Owls had a record of 376-229 (.621) during his tenure and he was named the LEC Coach of the Year three times (2008, 2015, and 2017). He also held head coaching positions at Franklin Pierce (1988-94), Macalester College (1994-98), Montana State (1999), Assumption College (2000), and Iona College (2001-04). While at Iona, Weiner was named the 2003 Metro Atlantic Coach of the Year.
