2025: Member of the LEC champion 4x400 relay team ... Placed second in the 100m at the LEC Championships with a personal-best tie of 12.11 seconds to earn Second Team All-LEC honors ... Placed third in the 200m at the LEC Championships with a personal-best time of 24.83 seconds to earn Third Team All-LEC honors ... Placed 13th in the 100m at the DIII New England Championships with a time of 12.44 seconds.

2024: Won the LEC championship in the 100m with a time of 12.46 seconds ... Member of a 4x100 team that placed second at the LEC Championships ... Placed third in the 200m at the LEC Championships with a time of 26.12 seconds... Placed seventh in the 100m at the DIII New England Championships with a time of 12.63 seconds.

2023: Named the LEC Track Rookie of the Year after winning the 100m (12.57 seconds) and 200m (25.61 seconds) at the conference championships ... Earned LEC All-Rookie honors in the 100m and 200m  ... Member of a 4x100 relay team that recorded the then ninth-fastest time in program history (48.41 seconds) at the NEICAAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships (5/12/23).

Indoor Season Awards and Honors: 2024 LEC Champion in the 200m ... Placed second in the 55m at the 2024 LEC Championships to earn Second Team All-LEC Honors... Member of a 4x200 relay team that placed second at the 2024 LEC Championships ... Earned Second Team All-LEC honors in the 200m in 2023 and 2025 ... Earned LEC All-Rookie honors in the 60m, 200m and the long jump.

Before USM: Lettered in track & field and field hockey ... Won seven state titles in track & field at Windsor ... Won two state titles in field hockey.
