    Assistant Track & Field Coach
Paige Mills joined the University of Southern Maine cross country and track and field programs in February of 2022 as an assistant coach working both the men's and women's programs.

Mills served as the head coach of the cross country and track and field teams at her alma mater, Keene State College, from 2020-22. During her tenure her athletes set six school records and two qualified for the NCAA DIII national championships. 

Prior to returning to Keene, Mills held assistant coaching positions at SOKA University of America, California State University, San Marcos and University of Redlands. 

No stranger to the Little East Conference, Mills was the conference's cross country Runner of the Year three-times and a three-time All-American during her time at Keene State.

Mills earned a bachelor's degree in health science from Keene State in 2012 and completed a master's degree in education with a counseling credential for grades K-12 from the University of Redlands.
