2012: Earned All-Little East Conference and All-New England Alliance honors as a member of USM’s 4x400-meter relay team … Ran the third leg of 4x400-meter relay team that placed first at the Little East Conference Championship (4/28/12) with a time of 4:14.02 … Also placed fourth in the 400 a the LEC/Alliance Championships … A member of USM’s 4x400-meter relay team that place second at the Aloha Relays at Bowdoin College (4/20/12) … Placed seventh in the 800 at the Aloha Relays.

2011: Named All-New England Alliance in the 800 meters after placing sixth at the Little East Conference/NE Alliance Championships (4/30/11) with a time of 2:23.77 … Ran the third leg of USM’s second place 4x400 meter relay team at the LEC Championship that finished in 4:14.52 … Placed eighth in the 800 at the Colby Invitational (4/16/11) … Turned in a ninth-place finish in the 400 at the Aloha Relays at Bowdoin College (4/22/11).

2010: Earned All-New England Alliance honors in the 800 meters by placing eighth with a time of 2:27.76 … Placed third in the 400 meters at the Mt. Holyoke Invitational (4/3/10), and 12^th in the 400 at the Aloha Relays at Bowdoin College (4/17/10).

Before USM: Four-year letter winner in cross country, indoor, and outdoor tack at Brewer High School … Named to Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference All-Academic team as a senior … Member of National Honor Society, student council, and Key Club … Graduated with high honors.
