Before USM: Ran indoor and outdoor track at Winslow High School … Three-time captain of indoor and outdoor teams … KVAC All-Conference selection all four years … Placed sixth in 100-meter hurdles (16.66) and sixth in the long jump (15-7 ¾) at the Maine State Class B outdoor track and field meet as a senior …  Also played field hockey … Named Rookie of the Year in field hockey as a freshman … Member of National Honor Society, Spanish Club, and service club.
