Erin Holmes, a former Division I golfer at Bucknell University and the 2023 Maine Women's Amateur Champion, joined the USM golf staff in 2024 ahead of the inaugural women's golf season. A former golfer of USM Head Coach Brian Bickford at Greely High School, Holmes was the 2016 State of Maine High School Girls Champion. She then went on to play collegiate golf at Bucknell, where she was a four-time Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholar.
