2024: Played in all 17 games and started in 15 ... Led the team in assists with 39 to break his own program single-season record ... Scored 42 goals and totaled 82 points ... Was second on the team in ground balls with 45 and caused 13 turnovers ... Recorded multiple points in 15 games ... Had 10 points from four goals and six assists in an overtime loss to Maine Maritime (3/12/24) ... Scored five goals and had five assists in a win over Husson (3/20/24) ... Finished career as the program leader in games played (71), goals (170), assists (133) and points (303) ... Became the first player in program history to reach 300 career points.

2023: Named Honorable Mention All-LEC ... Broke the single-season program record for goals (47), assists (36), assists per game (2.25), points (83) and points per game (5.19) and tied with teammate Schuyler Wetmore for the most man-up goals (11) in a season ... Finished second in the LEC in assists, third in points and sixth in goals ... Recorded a season-high 11 points from seven goals and four assists in a win over Salem State on Senior Day (4/19/23) ... Logged 10 points from six goals and four assist in a win over Norwich (3/15/23) ... Recorded multiple points in 15 of the 16 games and scored goals in 14 games with eight multi-goal games ... Became the program leader in career goals (127), points (221), goals per game (2.35), assists per game (1.74) and points per game (4.09) and moved in to the second all-time in assists with 94 ... Became the first player in program history to reach 200 career points ... Named the LEC Co-Offensive Player of the Week twice.

2022: Played and started in all 13 games for the Huskies ... Set a single-game points record with 13 in the 25-12 win over Salem St. (4/20/22) ... Scored a program record nine goals and also contributed four ground balls against Norwich (3/13/22) ... Named Little East Conference Offensive Player of the Week (3/14/22) ... Finished the season ranked second in the LEC in goals per game (3.46) and fourth in points per game (5.15).

2021: Participated in all eight games for the Huskies ... Had a season-high six points (three goals and three assists) including six ground balls against Saint Joseph's (3/17/21) ... Scored four goals and dished out an assist while scooping six ground balls against UMass Boston (4/13/21) ...  Named Little East Conference Offensive Player of the Week (3/22/21). 

2020: Started all three games during the abbreviated season ... Lead the team with 19 points on 12 goals and a team-high seven assists ... Had a career-high eight goals while adding two assists on 10 points against Thomas (3/10/20) ... Snagged a season-high five ground balls against University of New England (3/4/20) ... Dished out three assists on three goals while scooping two ground balls against Husson (3/7/20). Named Little East Conference Offensive Player of the Week (3/16/20). 

2019: Team's third leading scorer with 34 points on 12 goals and a team-high 22 assists ... Had a season-high eight points (4g, 4a) against Emmanuel (3/13/19) ... Name Little East Conference Rookie of the Week (3/11/19) ... Split time on attack and at midfield ... Dished out four assists against Husson (3/15/19) ... Picked up a season-high five ground balls at Western Connecticut (4/6/19)

Academic Awards & Honors: Named to the Fall 2020, Fall 2021 and Fall 2022 LEC Academic Honor Rolls.

Before USM: Played lacrosse and ran track for four years at Deering High School (Portland, Maine) ... Played in the lacrosse Senior All-Star game, and the Underclass All-Star game his junior year ... Qualified for the State Class A indoor track & field championships in the 400 meters three years in a row ... Finished fifth in the 400 (52.92) his senior year.

Personal: Majoring in physics ... Son of Courtney and Erick James ... Younger brother Andrew also plays for the Huskies' men's lacrosse team.
