Tied the program record in the 200m with a time of 21.86 seconds at the Suffolk Relays ... Won the 60m title at the DIII New England Championships with a time of 6.87 seconds ... Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 60m.

2023-2024: Placed 16th at the NCAA DIII National Championships to earn Second Team All-American honors with a time of 6.87 seconds in the 60-meter dash ... Broke the program record in the 60m twice ... Won the 60-meter dash title at the NEICAAA Championships with a then-program record time of 6.84 seconds ... Tied to program record in the 55m with a time of 6.43 seconds to win the event title at the LEC Championships ... Placed second in the 60m at the DIII New England Championships ... Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the 60m.

2022-2023: Member of a 4x200 relay team that placed fourth at the LEC Championships ... Placed seventh in the 60m (7.27 seconds) and ninth in the 200 meters (23.89 seconds) at the LEC Championships.

2021-2022: Finished first in the 55m at the USM COVID Catch Up Meet and the USM Husky Invitational .. Recorded a personal-best 55m time of 6.53 seconds at the USM COVID Catch Up Meet.

Outdoor Season Awards and Honors: Second Team All-American in the 100m in 2025 ... 2022, 2024 and 2025 LEC champion in the 100m  ... 2024 and 2025 LEC champion in the 200m ... Member of 2020 LEC champion 4x100 relay team ... Placed third in the 100m at the 2023 LEC Championships ... Member of a 4x100 relay team that placed third at the 2023 LEC Championships ... Personal: Graduated from USM in December 2024 with a degree in Business Management with minors in risk management and insurance ... Now pursing a Master's in Leadership Studies ... Son of Susan and Jeff Shain... Has two siblings, Alex and Zach.
