Why USM: I chose USM to further pursue an academic degree, I had no intention of being a student-athlete until last second when I decided to and gave it a try. 

2024-2025: 2025 NCAA Division III All-American (sixth place) at 149 lbs ... 2024 NCAA Division III All-Region (Second) ... 2025 New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) First Team selection ... College Sports Communicator Academic All-District ... Named the Most Outstanding Wrestler at Doug Parker Invitational after going 4-0 to win the 149 lb bracket ... Placed first at the Roger Williams Invitational and the Ted Reese Invitational ... Finished 2024-25 with a record of 38-4 ... Won his first 34 matches of the season ... NWCA Scholar All-American ...  Named to the NEWA All-Academic Team.

Eighth All-American in USM wrestling history ... 2024 NCAA Division III All-Region (Third) ... 2024 New England Wrestling Association (NEWA) Second Team selection ... College Sports Communicator Academic All-District ... Finished 2023-24 with a record of 26-6, Frost enters his senior season with a record of 82-23. 

2022-23: First year award winner of the 2022 William B. Wise Scholar-Athlete Award ... NCAA Division III All-Region ... NEWA Honorable Mention. 

2021-2022: Finished the season 29-10 ... Claimed third at Regions with five consecutive wins during the Northeast Division III Regional Championships ... Second Team All-NEWA ... Was the second freshmen in the programs history to go to the National Championship where he won his first match at the tournament with a tech fall 15-0 ... Earned the NEWA Rookie of the week during the season ... Had a 12 win streak during the season .... 12 wins by fall.

Before USM: In High School was State runner up, All-State Runner up, and regional champion in wrestling ... Sophomore year state champion, regional champion, All-State Champion, and MVP ... Junior year state champion, All-State champion, and regional champion ... Senior year New England champion and All-American ... High Honor student... Graduated with a 3.83 GPA .. 2018- Academic SMAA First Team...  All-state 2019- Academic SMAA ...  First Team All-state ... 2020- Academic SMAA First Team All-State

Personal: Majoring in Health Sciences .. Son of Crystal Vandeventer ... Has three siblings, Caleb, Caden and Cameron and Chase.
