GORHAM, Maine – Sophomore Rohen Brown (Auburn, Maine/Saint Dominic Academy) of the University of Southern Maine Huskies' women's cross country team has been named to Little East Conference Men's Cross Country Sportsmanship Team. This is Brown's second consecutive season being selected for the team. The Sportsmanship Team was added to the conference's cross country postseason awards ahead of the 2025 season.

"Rohen is one of the happiest and cheerful people you'll ever meet and brings that positive energy to practice every day. She's super supportive and always the first to congratulate her teammates after their hard efforts," said head coach Rob Whitten. "I am so excited that her hard work and dedication to the team is being recognized in her selection to the LEC Sportsmanship Team."

Brown, a Nursing major, placed 35th on Saturday at the LEC Championship with a personal-best time of 25:09.0 in the 6k. She has competed in all five meets for the Huskies so far this season. She has competed in 10 meets over the course of her cross country career.
