HOW IT HAPPENED:

- Southern Maine scored twice in the third quarter to pull away from the Lancers. After being awarded a penalty corner in the 34th minute, sophomore Eliza Rogers (Waterboro, Maine/Massabesic) set up Thibodeau for the go-ahead goal on a well-executed insertion and give and go play. Thibodeau's goal is her first of the season.
- Niles made it 3-1 in the 36th minute collecting a loose ball and slotting in her fifth goal of the season.
- Battis iced the game for the Huskies scoring the fourth goal with an outstanding finish following a lead pass forward from Townsend in the 50th minute. The goal marked Battis' second of the season.
